Itinerary

Hotel: Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa

Stay Period: January 6–9, 2027

January 6 – Arrival Day

Arrival at Luxor International Airport and check-in at Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa.

Airport transfers are available upon request.

January 7 – EXPO Day

Participants can collect their race packs at the official marathon hotel, Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa, and enjoy a complimentary pasta party.

4:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Race pack collection

January 8 – Race Day

4:45 AM: Wake-up call for all participants

5:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel

5:30 AM: Departure to Hatshepsut Temple

7:00 AM: Official race start

1:00 PM: Return to the hotel

January 9 – Departure Day

Final departure and transfer back home.

The duration and dates of your stay can be adjusted upon request. Additional nights are also available.
